We arrived home yesterday afternoon to a very happy well cared for Cooper and a smiling relaxed Amy. She had everything confidently under control, and seemed to take the last two weeks with Cooper beautifully. Cooper missed us of course but he was relaxed too and excited when we walked in the door. I know you were behind the scenes on call and I’m so delighted that we didn’t need you for anything! Although we were far away, we knew our Coop was in the best hands with you both. Being that he turned 16 this week, I’d say everything went perfectly!
Can we give Amy more than 10 stars? Please feel free to include us if we can provide any testimonials for you and Amy. The great care from both of you meant everything to us and we can’t thank you enough! You have a great business model and the opportunity for us to go away and feel confident Cooper and Amy would be safe and happy put us at so at ease, we wouldn’t have gone if it you weren’t possible.

I would 100% recommend Tide Pool Pet Services to anyone with a pet who needs a little extra special care and will absolutely use them again! Laney stayed at our house with our allergic to everything, full of big feelings dog and our very chill cat. We had no worries that our dog would get all of his needs met while he was in Laney’s care. She navigated his big feelings about thunder and a spooky fence without missing a beat. We got lots of updates with photos. We cannot thank Laney enough for caring for our furry family.

Tide Pool Pet Service is dependable, reliable and flexible.
We have used Tide Pool a few times and we felt like they cared for our pup’s as much as we did. Billing and scheduling is also very easy.
We recently lost one of our pups. Our remaining pup has never been alone and is very anxious. He relied on his older sister for comfort and company. Laney went above and beyond to make sure our remaining pup will be comfortable and well cared for on our upcoming trip. I was really so concerned that we may not be able to travel but Laney worked it out so that he will never be alone. We send our highest recommendations for anyone considering Tide Pool Pet Services.
